Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GenPages Ui website and services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

GenPages Ui provides a library of UI snippets, components, templates, and solutions designed for use with Microsoft Power Apps model-driven applications. Access to the library is provided on a subscription basis, with different tiers unlocking different levels of content as described on our Pricing page.

3. Accounts

To access paid features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@genpagesui.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing by GenPages Ui. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding balance is settled. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on file for all fees due.

5. License and Permitted Use

Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these Terms, GenPages Ui grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the snippets, templates, and solutions within the Service for your own internal business or client project purposes.

• You may use and adapt snippets in any number of Power Apps projects covered by your plan.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw snippet library as a standalone product.
• You may not use the Service to build a competing snippet or component library.
• Premium plan terms govern use for Microsoft Partner redistribution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service — including but not limited to code snippets, templates, designs, documentation, and branding — is owned by or licensed to GenPages Ui and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that content to you.

You retain full ownership of any applications, customizations, or derivative works you create using the snippets within your own projects.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any access controls or subscription restrictions
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary systems underlying the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Share account credentials with individuals outside your licensed seat count
• Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or infringing content through the Service

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends and you must cease all use of downloaded materials as required by your plan terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. GenPages Ui does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenPages Ui and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to GenPages Ui in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GenPages Ui operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
